SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at our online store.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by DHL or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or custom random checks if you are ordering internationally.
International orders on average take around 21 working days in transit time.
- How can I track my order?
Whenever an order you placed through Catwalk Couture ships, you can expect a shipment confirmation email with all your tracking details. It will be sent to the email address registered with your Catwalk Couture Account, or used during the checkout process.
- What shipping speeds are offered?
Catwalk Couture may have up to 2 shipping speeds and all available shipping speeds will show during checkout.
The speeds that show are dependent on those made available by the seller.
- Standard - Should arrive 3 to 10 business days after shipment
- Expedited - Should arrive 3 to 6 business days after shipment
- What is covered in the FREE SHIPPING?
Free shipping is ground shipping only within Lebanon
Domestic Shipping
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 business day(s) for orders in Greater Beirut and 7 business days if you are outside greater Beirut. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays unless agreed upfront with the customer. If we are experiencing a high volume of requests, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for locally are entirely FREE. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. There is a minimum charge to qualify for free shipping. Your order must be above 200 USD.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship globally and to any location in the world except the following countries All sanctioned countries where DHL can’t deliver.
SHIPPING RATES
Any order is subject to a 15 USD service and handling fee.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Our website catwalkcouture.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If in doubt get in touch with us by email to sales@catwalkcouture.com what might be the tariff at your destination.
DAMAGES
Our website catwalkcouture.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. In rare cases, we do compensate customers on missing products if the right documentation is in place and proof is present
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
